What are the hosting or annual fees? |

| The basic Web Whisperer Content Management System (CMS) starts at recurrent annual fees of $500. This covers the hosting and maintenance of the software. It also includes daily backups, product enhancements and defect corrections if they occur. Please refer to your Account Manager for fees for additional functionality

Am I able to upload images? |
|
Yes. The CMS comes with standard ‘File Upload’ which allows the client to upload files from their PC (e.g. jpg, gif, pdf etc.) for use on the website. The client is able to select what images and brochures to display on the website and where they want the files displayed.
It’s just a simple process of using a digital camera or acquiring images and uploading them to anywhere on the website.

How does the set up process work? |

| Web Whisperer works with the client to develop the right ‘look and feel’ and then develops a partially populated website. We then train the client and help to populate the rest of the site, so they have the ability to continually build on and update the website anytime. Training and on-going support is included in the cost and training usually takes 4 to 6 one hour sessions.

How can I advertise my website / get visitors to find my website? |
|
| Web Whisperer registers client’s sites with Google as part of the installation. Keywords and phrases relating to the business are registered with Google, increasing the exposure on search engines. These key words can be updated at any time by the client.

How many pages does my website contain? |
|
| The basic Web Whisperer Content Management System (CMS) allows up to 250 pages which the client can add, delete or modify at their convenience.

Who does the graphic design work? |
|
The client will supply Logos and additional graphics and images. Web Whisperer will build the banners incorporating the logo and the client’s corporate colours. The banner and Navigation bar are then used as standard frameworks for the development of additional pages.
Web Whisperer will work with the client to build the look and feel of the Homepage including colours and layout.
The client is then free to build and manage pages using the CMS.
If graphic design e.g. animation or flash is required, Web Whisperer will work with the client and a graphic designer to develop necessary files.
The CMS comes with standard display templates that clients can select from. Administrators can make their own templates or we can build custom templates to suit client’s requirements.

How easy is it to manage? |

| Very Simple. The Web Whisperer CMS requires no technical knowledge; a simple to use browser interface lets anyone who is authorized make changes to their website easily and efficiently. This is demonstrated through the online demo from the website, or a representative can give a free onsite demo (Adelaide Metro only).

Am I able to see how many people visit my website? |
|
| Yes. Web Whisperer CMS comes standard with a reports function which allows clients to see exactly how many visitors their website has had over a specified time period. And what pages are being visited on their website. The reports also give a Referring URL so clients can see how their website is being found e.g. Google, Yellow Pages Online, etc.

Does anything change with my domain name / emails? |
|
| No. That all stays the same. Your domain name will just point to your new website.
